Hi! I'm Chanelle

My story

I am a Registered Massage Therapist, Fascia Stretch Therapist and Personal Trainer living and working in the East End of Toronto.

I grew up competing in numerous sports, and have had my fair share of injuries. It wasn't until my mid 20's that I realized the importance of maintaining a mobile and pain free body. Since then, I've made it my goal to share my knowledge and help clients - whether through Massage Therapy, Fascia Stretch Therapy or Personal Training.

I first started personal training in 2015, but it wasn't until a few years later that I realized I wanted to be able to help my clients with their pain and injuries in a more hands-on way. I took an FST level 1 course in 2019 and it completely changed the way I viewed the body.

I'm fascinated by our body's nervous system and how it can have an affect on everything. From impacting our sleep, gut health, pain tolerance, even the tone of our muscles. Knowing this, I take a holistic approach when treating the body - which  means helping the nervous system unwind and relax before working and getting into deeper treatments.

I understand and incorporate into my practice that every body has it's own unique needs and that it is not one size fits all.
